Ayla Zambrano is an LMT, deepening her studies in the manual therapy world. She has taken continuing education classes in Craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute, Ortho-Bionomy courses, Advanced Thai Yoga Massage and more! Ayla is passionate about bodywork, believing that the more one is fully IN their body, feeling their body, KNOWING their boundaries and what they DO have choice over, the more their spirit can flow and guide them in life, rather than being manipulated by the wills and whims of others and entities. Bodywork is spirit work!
Ayla was a full time yoga teacher from 2017-2021 when she moved from Ohio to Durango, Colorado. Here, she became a whitewater raft guide and continued to teach yoga. Ayla took the leap and went to the Sedona School of Massage, graduating in 2023. She continues to spend time on the river, in the mountains, on the yoga mat, dance floor and helping others live more embodied, empowered lifes!
